About Jasmin
A decade of craft. Hundreds of faces. One promise made to a mother who never got to live her dream.
Jasmin grew up in Sangrur, a small city in Punjab, in a home shaped by her mother’s salon and her father’s small business. A humble family background — but one full of quiet dignity. She watched her mother transform faces every day, and her father show up without fail. From both, she inherited the same belief: that how you do the work matters as much as the work itself.
At ten years old, she found a diary.
It belonged to her mother. And inside it was a dream — written in her mother’s own hand — of becoming like Shehnaz Hussain, India’s most celebrated beauty entrepreneur. A dream that had been carried quietly for years, then gently set aside. No dramatic letting go. No explanation. Just a woman who chose her family, and in doing so, chose to leave something of herself behind.
Most ten-year-olds are still learning what they want for lunch.
Jasmin walked away from that diary knowing exactly what she would do with her life.
Not for recognition. Not for success. For her mother.
She moved to Delhi for college and, simultaneously, began interning under a celebrity makeup artist. The years that followed were intense — long hours, steep learning, and a growing clarity about what she wanted to build. After four years working alongside designers, celebrities, and high-net-worth clients, Jasmin stepped out on her own.
What started as one artist with a kit has grown into something far larger — and far more personal.

The Journey
Moved to Delhi for higher studies and began interning under a celebrity makeup artist at the same time — learning the craft from the ground up, on real sets, with real deadlines.
Spent four years working alongside leading designers, film stars, and private clients. Gained exposure to luxury standards, editorial precision, and the quiet discipline of professional beauty work.
Took the leap — building her own client base from scratch. Word spread through trust: one face at a time, one wedding at a time, one recommendation leading to the next.
Worked on film sets, brand campaigns, and editorial shoots across genres and scales. Each project demanded a different sensibility: from cinematic drama to clean commercial beauty.
Assembled and trained a group of 20+ artists — people who share her standards and her warmth. Built to handle destination weddings, large families, and multi-day events without ever compromising on quality.
Led Team JT at one of India's most talked-about weddings — delivering 50–60 makeups a day, for three consecutive days, for the groom's family. A testament to what a well-led collective can do at scale.
How She Works
"Makeup is not about covering up. It's about making someone feel seen."
Every brief starts with a conversation — not about trends, but about the person. How they want to feel. What they want to carry into the room.
Even at scale — 50 faces in a day — the work doesn't get rushed. Team JT is trained to hold the standard under pressure, because that's exactly when it matters most.
Jasmin thinks in photographs, in memories, in the way a mother will look at a wedding album twenty years from now. That's the weight she brings to every face she touches.
